For Lag BaOmer this year, I roasted potatoes and corn in the oven.  We didn’t make a fire, but the oven did a great job.

It’s one of the best appliances I’ve ever had…a King brand oven with multiple heating settings.  For Lag BaOmer, I used the circulating fan.  It keeps the entire oven the same temperature so you can cook on two or three racks.  It’s awesome.
